I have always had a love of sports throughout my life and want to share with the children some of the wonderful moments I have experienced in the world of sports competition and teaching Physical Education. It is my goal to show the students that they should not be afraid of sports but to always be prepared to be a sport. Not everyone is a gifted athlete, however everyone can practice good sportsmanship and teamwork. I want the children to be humble in victory and defeat. They should know and follow all the rules in my Physical Education class. I teach my students to not get down on themselves and not to let their emotions get the best of them. The students should know that their team comes first and there are positives in everyone. In my class, the students meet the New York State Pysical Education standards, and I also want my students to always set high goals for themselves.
